Taittinger, Nocturne Sec Champagne City Lights, Rose 750ml

A relatively new, alternative proposal from Taittinger, non-dated, with 17.5 grams per liter of sugar, which "marries" the three main varieties of Campania.
A rosé Champagne that escapes the brut style, with the aromas of candied strawberry, raspberry and nectarine starring in the nose, with hints of cream and brioche to "frame" the fruit.
The high acidity in the mouth very elegantly balances the subtle sweetness, while the rich creamy body in combination with the "generous" fruit create an exceptional harmony.
Recommended serving temperature is 9 to 11 degrees Celsius and in order to get the most out of its aromatic and tasty profile, it would be good to avoid the traditional flute glass.
