The Grandes Terasses are dry stones, ie small pieces of land held by stone walls where Syrah produces rich wines with a full body and notes of black berries and licorice.
These dry stones are located in the heart of the very well exposed to the sun granite slopes of the village of Cornas.
A full bodied Syrah from the famous Cornas of the North Rhone, which despite its full and exuberant style does not lack elegance.
We will find aromas of ripe black berry, plum and black cherry, vanilla, leather, cedar, freshly ground black pepper and tobacco.
The dense and well-worked tannins in combination with the accentuated acidity give "nerve" and freshness, balancing the full body.
Pour it 1 hour before serving, at a temperature of around 16 degrees Celsius in a glass of red Bordeaux.
